Nonetheless, I saw a huge increase in sales this way. It was fast, tangible information and it received a fast and tangible answer. Of course all businesses are different and cold calling becomes much harder than speaking with a customer you’ve already don’t business with.
What I’m trying to say is that your telemarketing service should know all of this! Make sure to do your research and search for a reputable company that will listen to the way you want to market to your customers.
